ORB is a shared platform built on measured, real-world data. Entering it means accepting how that data may be used. Each user accepts the user agreement and the relevant declarations at registration — recorded per user with version, date and identity, for the audit.
Data is organisation- and project-bound: it is used only for the project it was provided for, and never leaves it. Access is role- and organisation-based, and every action is logged.
Where the law requires it, users accept the additional declarations — lawful use, the data-use and processor declarations, and the retention period — before the corresponding data becomes available.
You configure your own lens — your projects, your views, your settings. You never change the measured base or the scientific-knowledge layer: those are read-only for everyone, shared and versioned. Everything you do is traceable.
Your own tenant and your own data stay yours. Open standards, no lock-in — what you put in, you can take out. See also the Privacy statement and Terms.
